This privacy notice together with the Global Privacy Policy describes how ts subsidiaries, and affiliates treat Personal Information you provide to us or that we collect about you.

“Personal Information” includes any information that is about you as an identifiable individual. This includes any information that identifies you personally (such as your name, title, email address or phone number) that is supplied to us both offline (for example, if we interact with you in person, over the phone, or by mail) and when we interact with you through our online services, including but not limited to our websites, chatbot, email correspondence, and any other online services that we link to this Privacy Policy (our website, apps, platforms, email correspondence, chatbot, other online services, and social media pages), collectively, the “Services,” as well as information we generate regarding your use of the Services, in either case, including information that can be linked with such information to identify you directly or indirectly (for the purposes of this section referred to as "Personal Information/Data"). 

Minor Children and Users Under Legal Drinking Age

The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from persons who are under the legal drinking age where they reside. We do not knowingly collect or store Personal Information from anyone under legal drinking age. ANY PERSON WHO VISITS OR USES ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICES REPRESENTS TO US THAT THEY ARE ABOVE LEGAL DRINKING AGE WHERE THEY RESIDE AND YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE SERVICES IF YOU ARE UNDER LEGAL DRINKING AGE.

For Canada, this means that the Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, persons under the age of 19 for all provinces and territories expect Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec where the age limit is 18. We do not knowingly collect or store Personal Information from anyone under the age of legal drinking age in Canada. ANY PERSON WHO VISITS ANY PORTION OR USES OF THE SERVICES REPRESENTS TO US THAT HE OR SHE IS 18 - 19 YEARS OF AG OR ODER E AS PER THE REQUIREMENTS WHERE THEY RESIDE OR OLDER AND MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE SERVICES IF UNDER THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE WHERE THEY RESIDE AS STATED ABOVE.

Please note that even if you opt-out of interest-based advertising by a third-party, these tracking technologies may still collect data for other purposes including analytics and you will still see ads from us, but the ads will not be targeted based on information about you and may therefore be less relevant to you and your interests.

To successfully opt out, you must have Cookies enabled in your web browser (see your browser’s instructions for information on Cookies and how to enable them). Your opt-out only applies to the web browser you use so you must opt-out of each web browser on each device you use. Submitting a Request for Your Rights

When you make a privacy rights request under an applicable law, we may require that you provide information and follow procedures so that we can verify the request and your jurisdiction before responding to it. We may deny certain requests, or fulfill a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to responding to your requests. The verification steps we take may differ depending on the request you make, whether you have an account with us, and the sensitivity of the Personal Information. We will match the information that you provide in your request to information we already have on file to verify your identity. If we can verify your request, we will process it in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot verify your request, we may ask you for additional information to help us verify your request. We may also utilize a third-party verification provider to assist with verifying your identity.

You may be asked to provide your first and last name and email address and may also be asked to provide your date of birth, or other identifying information so that we can verify the request. Please provide as much of the requested information as possible to help us verify the request. We will use the information received in a request for the purpose of responding to the request.

Where we process your personal information on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent, subject to limitations under the applicable law.

Your rights are subject to limits set out in the applicable laws, and in some cases we may not be able to respond to your request, or may only be able to respond to it in part. For example, we may not be able to allow you to access certain personal information in some circumstances, for example, if it contains personal information of other persons, or for legal reasons.

International Transfers of Personal Information

Personal Information that we collect may be stored and processed in Canada and outside your jurisdiction of residence, and in any other country in which we or our service providers maintain facilities, including in the United States, and other countries . Personal information processed and stored in another country may be subject to disclosure or access requests by the governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies in that country according to its laws.
