This bottled has been in the works since before the distillery was even open. There was a dream, a really big dream – to build a distillery that would eventually create our very own Manhattan cocktail from our very own ingredients. Well, we are finally here. ⁠

We have created a traditional Manhattan cocktail, by taking our five year old grain-to-glass Rye Whisky, our Niagara-grown Sweet Vermouth, and our Aromatic Bitters, stirring them in tank as if it was a big mixing glass full of ice, then ageing it all together for an added three months in ex-aromatic bitters barrels.  ⁠
