  1. How Long We Retain Your Personal Information

Social Media Networks

Our Services include certain features (such as plug-ins which link to Mark Anthony’s social media pages on those respective platforms or chatbots that help you communicate with us) made available by third-party social media platforms and networks (these include Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube). Your Personal Information may be disclosed to and collected by those third parties. The use of your Personal Information by social media platforms and networks is governed by their respective privacy policies.

For Legal Purposes

Depending on the jurisdiction in which you reside, we and our U.S. and other foreign service providers may disclose your Personal Information in order to comply with laws or regulations, or in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, legal order, government investigation or other legally valid inquiry or request, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or to comply with relevant laws and regulations.   1. Your Use of Chatbot Features

Some of our Services allow you to interact with us through a chatbot, including artificial intelligence chatbots. When you interact with the chatbot, it can collect your information, including your , the language you use, your IP address or a unique identifier from your device, as well as how you feel about our products or your interests, depending on the conversation you are having with this chatbot. It is our policy to limit the information collected to what is required to complete a user’s request. We suggest that you do not provide sensitive information through the chatbot, such as information relating to race or ethnic origin, payment information, political opinions, religious or other similar beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life or criminal record.

Our chatbots can operate with artificial intelligence, which means it is not operated by a human. It responds to you based on previous interactions and programmed algorithms.

If you subscribe to promotional messages through the chatbot, you will be prompted to share your name, birthdate, and postal code. This is used to personalize the chatbot messages, such as to identify events in your area. T

Facebook Messenger:

Some of our Services allow you to interact with us through Facebook Messenger. Once you are logged in to your Facebook Messenger account, you can interact with us through a chatbot.   1. We Process and Store Information in the United States and other Foreign Jurisdictions

ANY PERSON WHO VISITS ANY PORTION OF OUR SERVICES REPRESENTS TO US THAT THEY ARE ABOVE LEGAL DRINKING AGE AND MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OUR SERVICES IF UNDER LEGAL DRINKING AGE.

From time to time, we may offer different perks (examples such as branded items, discount codes etc.) for users that opt-in through various promotions, incentives, loyalty programs, and other programs.
