Pear Collins

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 ounces Dillon's Pear Gin
- 1 ounce Dillon's Rosemary & Clove Syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Dillon's Pear Bitters
- 2-3 ounces soda water
- Fresh pear slices, for garnish
- Fresh thyme or rosemary, for garnish
COCKTAIL PREPARATION:
1. Add all of the ingredients except the soda water to your shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
2. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice, top with soda water & garnish with fresh pear slice & herbs of choice.
3. Enjoy!
