A traditional Manhattan cocktail, using our grain-to-glass Rye Whisky, our Niagara-grown Sweet Vermouth, and our Aromatic Bitters, aged all together for an added three months in ex-aromatic bitters barrels.
Using our Dry Gin 7 as the spirit base, we infuse with rose hips and rose petals, then sweeten with organic cane sugar. Perfect on it’s own over ice or in a sparkling wine cocktail!
An authentic Absinthe created by the vapour distillation and infusion of local wormwood and natural botanicals without the use of artificial colouring or flavouring.

Local Bartlett pears were distilled and macerated in our Dry Gin 7 and finished with warm spices including green cardamom, orange peel, cassia bark then lightly sweetened. Try it in a Collins, or Clover Club.

Steeped in dill pickles, garlic and hot peppers from distillery garden, the resulting spirit lends itself perfectly to a true Canadian Caesar!
